Geometric Blue – Counted Cross Stitch Pattern

This pattern was created by my daughter, Ana, when she was only 9 years old. She was sitting beside me watching curiously how I try to decode an old pattern from Banat – Romania. She picked up some markers creating her own colour scheme and started drawing this geometric pattern with shades of blue and purple on graph paper. Later on she embroidered this piece by herself and I loved it so much that I promised her I will create a kit for it and put it up for sale on etsy.

This is a downloadable PDF pattern and Basic Instructions and Recommendations that will help you complete this project. It does not come with the supplies but you will get:

– reference photo of finished decoration
– a list of what you need
– pattern with colour codes
– symbol story
– a booklet with basic instructions and recommendations that can be applied to any cross stitching project

This design was stitched on 14 count white Aida cloth with 3 strands of embroidery floss and it was mounted on a 4 inch embroidery hoop.
